In the what I consider the unlikely event that Kyle is convicted, there are several instances like this, where the prosecution made misstatements that I think would get the conviction thrown out. I’m no lawyer but they made several arguments that were outright wrong and the defense didn’t object.
It also seems like the prosecution was attempting to have the judge declare a mistrial.
He brought fraudulent charges of a short varreled rifle that he instantly dropped when the judge asked to measure the barrel. Like, it was that fast. Caught and immediate drop of the feaud charge.
Sure sounds like malicious prosecution, to me.
