I have had "discussion " with him before. We just have to agree to disagree. I see the church as a useful way organize the processes. I think cov may just be extremely anti priest.

I think he's just extremely anti-catholic because he was probably forced to go to Catholic school, hated it and now resents it. This kind of behavior of his will lead to him becoming atheist at this point.
