Yes, the jury has to all agree. Beyond a reasonable doubt.
Beyond reasonable doubt only applies to guilty verdicts.
Whats that mean? If they agree on innocent, then maybe all this is about security reasons?
My point is that if they feel unsure that a person isn't is guilty they must acquit.
