It got me thinking: who would willingly wear something so stupid? Answer: either a lunatic and a complete perv, or someone made to do it.

For now, ill presume this woman is not completely round the twist, although she is a politician, so she can't be considered sane. So... why make someone wear this? Answer: symbolic comms. Theres a lot in there if you look at it hard enough.

Breakdown of Symbolism in the Photo

1. At a distance the mask looks like a bouquet of flowers, but on further inspection it is knitwear. Specifically crochet. Annoying that, as i cant confirm what she's trying to make by image comparison tools, as i just get clothes.
2. Ergo any search for meaning there in symbolism is going to hit a wall for accuracy. However, the flower it seems to mimic is a carnation. This is a flower commonly crocheted.
3. Flowers have a symbolic meaning,, both types and colors. On its own, carnation means fascination and love. Blue and red as a color mean male/female respectively, and both are associated to love and desire in flower color symbology. Blue can also mean trust. Finally, carnation colors can be "striped" (meaning refusal) and solid (meaning affirmative).
4. I count 23 flowers crocheted in the mask, but i would appreciate more eyes on that. 23 is a numerical comm for both a grand jury and quick removal operation.
5. Deer in the middle of the mask, specifically a female deer or DOE. The symbolic comms on this are actually easily established and when you think about it (Q clearances are Dept of Energy clearances, aka DOE). This means a secret, or control over a secret.
6. The ball with the deer inside, caged but easy to see. Open secret? Ill go into the options of the full comms shortly, but this adds a layer.
7. Some have said this looks like a ball gag. Id say yes to this as it fits, but... I saw something else. I see a giant pacifier. It looks like she is being kept quiet like a baby to me. Calm almost sad eyes, pacified, not excited or afraid as with a sexual event.
8. Pearl necklace. Implies a sexual motif on the image. No other jewellery i can see

Okay now that i have some bones to assemble, lets see how they fit.

Possible Meanings of each Element

1. There is a secret, Implied by a Doe in a ball covering the mouth (openly viewed secret none can talk about).
2. The secret is likely sexual in nature, implied by flower symbology of love+pearl necklace
3. The secret may already be known by DoE/Q and the governor is either gagged or "pacified". Alternatively its a Q level secret in importance she cant say. Implied ed by DOE in a ball on a gag mask / giant pacifier.
4. The secret may involve babies (or baby roleplay). Again assuming you can also see a giant pacifier.
5. If my 23 count is accurate (hard for me to judge the number in this photo), a grand jury is involved or a quick removal is necessary.

lets come up with a decode then

1. The governor is in up to her neck in blackmail data, and can name names. The governor may be indicating what counts she admitted to (involving boys, girls, and maybe even babies), and which she did not admit to (solid vs striped flowers for males and females based on color), and that the DOE knows and has her (deer covering the mouth, in an apparent forest which is actually a clear cage) . Grand jury is in play (23 count of crocheted flowers). She is unable to speak or communicate her position /info further (gagged/pacified). She is doing something clownishly humiliating, and thus telling us she flipped under the threat of a military tribunal. This is the "Q controlled" theory, and my preference as it takes the many layers of communication into account fully all the communications and imagery into account.
2. Similarly to the above, the governor is broadcasting her capture, what she knows, who has her, and a request for immediate extraction. This is the "cabal support plea" theory. Also compelling but drops double meaning options.
3. Alternatively, she isn't caught at all, but has data on some she will and wont admit to, and needs to be extracted quickly before she is caught, and that the secret won't/can't leave her lips as its too important. Shes is being hunted like a deer in the snow, and if caught its going to lead to a bad result for the cabal. The "governor is hunted" theory. Again compelling, and has different double meanings, but drops some.
4. Finally she could be just an avid knitter, who loves bambi as a film, and thinks looking like a gimp seeking bukakke is a hot one for her. I call this the "raving leftwing lunatic" theory.

I would appreciate further assistance, and opinions for comms if you see any, or alternative theories. My head today is full of cold annoyingly, but it is my own fault as ive not been sleeping to well. That does mean i could well be wrong on my decode here.
