Quite a few of them were. Just do a search for "Kenosha rioters prosecuted".
If you're really that concerned about it, it's easy enough to look up.
Did you just copy/paste that from Politifact?
There were more arrests after August 30th of last year. Here's some more of them.

I don't know why people are taking offense to me pointing out that, yes, there actually have been people prosecuted for rioting in Kenosha.
I suppose reality offends some people.
Where are you getting your information that says all the charges against all those people have been dismissed?
According to the most recent articles I've read, they are still looking for the identities of more people involved in the riot.
What is even the point of this conversation?
The question was if any of the rioters were being prosecuted for Kenosha.
The answer is yes. They're on the dockets. Investigations are still going on.
Other than as some sort of group persecution complex, what is the point of this. It's like a bunch of children whining that THEY are always the ones getting in trouble while the OTHERS never get in trouble.
It's simply pointless and makes us look a) oblivious and willfully uninformed on the issue and b) like whiney children.
Good.
