With this one? No idea, I'm still very much an amateur and these things take time and effort to decipher. That's why I post here, for ideas on what it means.

Because it's blatantly obvious. Like I just said, an event like this is always comms and with just a modicum of research you can connect the artist to Trotsky. It is obvious. Can you not tell when a person is speaking a certain language, even if you don't understand what they are saying?
