The prosecution should be sanctioned and this case should've been dismissed with extreme prejudice. The defense lawyers are cucked beyond belief, and the judge is admitting BLATANTLY TAMPERED EVIDENCE BY THE STATE.

Only time the defense did anything decent was on closing argument. Any other legal team would've had this case thrown out on day one.
The defense can’t have the case thrown out. They filed for mistrial with prejudice several days ago. The judge decides.
