What's so special about Racine Wisconsin?

I've seen a lot of people talk about Racine being a hub or "the root" of everything going on. When I try to research I can't find anything. I'm assuming it's probably something that's been scrubbed like Sandy Hook, and Parkland.
That having been said, anyone have a link to a video or two? I would ask for an explanation, but I'm assuming this is one of those things that ends up taking you down a massive rabbit hole where you end up becoming a research goblin for a few days and hiss at daylight because you've done nothing but stare at your computer screen and take notes for days on end.

The curious case of Illuminati whistle-blower Donald Marshall is one aspect of this whole Q thing that I almost never hear mentioned anywhere.
This dude put out a Facebook post telling his entire story involving being abused and tortured at the hands of the royal family and Hollywood elite for years on end.
And the way he tells his story... I'm usually very good at Psychoanalyzing people and regardless of how far our the things he says are, I'm dead convinced he's telling the truth!
