He acts all mad and indigent- but he could've ended all this is bullshit, the prosecutor is falsifying evidence, Kyle had the right to protect himself. Why was felon that was shot in the arm have a gun in the first place?.... but he lets it go on.
His demeanor is off... he was a DA for years and a judge for even longer - the way he seemingly had no control of his court or his emotions is troubling. He KNOWS the laws and has the authority to uphold them.
Usually when judges are that pissed off they go to chambers or have a sidebar.
He is bitching about the jury intimidation the democrats are pulling, he bitches about the prosecutors antics... he allowed digitally altered video into his court
He is the JUDGE, he should not be bitching about anything. He is the one in control of everything in his courtroom - he should be ruling from the bench not whining & bitching like he's a spectator.
Bitching about the the stuff that is wrong while letting it continue when it's in your authority under the law to end it is what politicians do.
Many precedents are being set in this trial, none of them good.
Obviously the prosecution thinks they would lose if people were allowed to see the truth, so that's pretty damning for them.

This has been in the back of my mind for days. That’s HIS courtroom. Nobody has more power in it. Why is he such a pussy?
And everyone who has made or makes any threats should be rounded up and jailed for it.
