I would just tell them they had an after birth abortion and that if they would an abortion they have no right to feel bad since they would have killed it anyway on a whim. The only thing that upset them is lack of control over another life. But ironically they were never in control because they are forced to take the jab, convincing themselves they wanted it is a cope like sleeping with your rapist willingly after. I would also go far enough to say I'm glad they feel that way because they deserve to feel bad and the only person I would feel bad for is the baby who isn't alive to try to make feel better because of her negligence. They need to get what they give.
