One thing that can help you understand this.

There is two forms of captialism in the world.

White Market = Organzied and Legal Business Black Market = Unorganized and Illegal Business

The black inner city. Is the hub for black market and unorganized business.

There are politicans, police, FBI agents, white market business people. Who all get pieces of the action from this black market.

They want the inner city thug to stick around. They are getting kick backs from it.

Cops are paid all the time. To catch and release these thugs. In exchange for cash.

I think both whites and blacks are frustrated about the black inner city thug. But Marxist and Deep Staters.

Want to keep the system as is. They all benefit from it.
