Here's my favorite small pox story. In 2002, Bush decided that all military and medical personnel had to receive a small pox vaccine. The serum had been sitting in the national stockpile forever. Anyway, after a big hype via CDC (Fauci's in there too), the medical staff told Bush to stick it, and the program failed.
