I'm on board with this theory. We saw how the teams operated in Portland (I think) when they killed a friendly. Rolling layers, handoffs, obsfucation and coordination at the same time. God was definitely protecting Saint Kyle of Kenosha. And the FBI's right place at the right time posture surely lends legitimacy to this theory.
There were several sets of ANTIFA operatives. They would run ahead of the target and report back via radio that the area was secure (for a killing) and then dissipate as the hit team followed the victim into position. Handoffs means they were passing information back to the follow team or exchanging positions in the "stack" in order to confuse any observers including CCTV camera.
If you have fixed positions within an operation, tracking becomes easier. When similarly dressed people are moving back and forth in a chaotic situation, it becomes far more difficult to ascertain who is doing what.
Watch Munich. You will see examples of this in the function of the Kidon teams.
Munich was about the assassination teams which went after the Olympics terrorists. Some of the tactics they used for hits, not bomb plantings, were the ones I was referring to. I may be thinking of another movie....will advise.

I’m going to look it up as well, but can you explain the concept of “rolling layers” and maybe even handoffs.

The movie Munich about the Olympics terrorist event? What scene are you referring to, I don't recall?

Remember the two Army 18 wheelers in Vegas, with cables attached to the trailers, the night of the shooting?
That, I do not recall. Any sauce welcome.
You're talking about the ambush killers team of 3?
Yes, I believe so.
