They are riding GlobalHawks over major cities.

I’ve sighted them over Houston. It’s silly how simple it is to find them as they are not tracked on FlightAware etc and slower moving than most Cessna yet visibly larger.

Please be aware - this is 2021. Drones are a constant. They use machine learning to track entire cities from single points. The technology was perfected in Fallujah.
