Go on...........
Ok, so ... Remember when Trump told us the 25th amendment would end up "coming back to haunt Joe Biden."
So today, Joe invoked the 25th amendment to go get his colonoscopy https://www.whitehouse.gov/wp-content/uploads/2021/11/Letter-to-the-Speaker-of-the-House-on-the-Temporary-Transfer-of-the-Powers-and-Duties-of-President-of-the-United-States-11.19.21.pdf During that 85 minute period, the BBB Bill was passed.
Trump published this today about the BBB bill: https://thedeskofdonaldtrump.com/the-democrats-are-getting-far-more-than-they-ever-dreamed-possible/#:~:text=the%20United%20States-,The%20Democrats%20are%20getting%20far%20more%20than%20they%20ever%20dreamed,By%20Donald%20J.%20Trump,-This%20post%20has So he's writing about the Trump Card.
So, it seems like these things are not unrelated. wonder if there's something in that bill OR something else was done, while Joe was 25th'd. I also wonder about the legality of legislation passed while the President is not in power ... or something. Something. I don't think for one minute that the Trump Card is the Debt Ceiling.
Thank you for entertaining my thoughts and I welcome your feedback.
It did seem like pieces were coming together this morning so you could be right. Keep looking for clues and I will be as well.
Interesting points and it would mean the use of the 25th would be a shorter time frame (instead of a declaration of his incompetence and a ruling and replacement—which all takes time). Your theory indicates reaching another important marker on 11/19.
Thank you for your comment! I always thought the 25th would REMOVE Joe, but Trump said that it would come back to haunt him. So, yesterday would fit. And the whole "colonoscopy" thing was off. There were a lot of distractions yesterday. My brain is humming.
The bill was passed by the House. I don't think it matters whether Joe or Kamala was president. Neither of them would have had anything to do with the actual passage of the bill.
The thing I'm wondering about is whether it was legal for Harris to be temporary President, as she can't ever actually be the president. She's an anchor baby and thus, by law, is not allowed to be president.
Right, there's something there .... I just can't grasp it
It may be that Joe will be in trouble for handing the reins over to someone who isn't eligible to be president. It gets complicated pretty quickly. If Harris is ineligible, then Nancy Pelosi should have been the temporary president. If Pelosi was (legally-speaking) the temporary president, then is she allowed to vote on the bill? If she voted on the bill, then is that illegal? Does this invalidate the bill?
