Now realize, that the mask is partially transparent, and that the camera flash shows the face underneath.
Then reconcile with the surrounding drops:

One thing I’ve been wondering about is who exactly are these lizard people? We’ve all heard about the royal family, but who are the others? Is it Hollywood, or are they simply wannabes? This is all very interesting, and love to learn more.
