Aspergers. We call each other aspies. Thus my handle.

As in not soaking up social rules automatically as a child like most children do. Intense interest in one or two subjects to the exclusion of most everything else. Genius level IQ, although many aspies don't have that. Better memory than most. I remember details back to the age of two and phone numbers back to the age of five. I hate lying and find it difficult to lie. So if I state something here, it's actual fact to the best of my knowledge. I'm just different.

Many of us consider the condition not to be a bad thing, but perhaps a step forward in evolution (micro-evolution, not macro-evolution).

Also, we tend to over-explain things and don't know when to stop talking. :)
