This graph doesn't mean shit. Its meant to deceive and be easily rebutted. Look at the age range 10-59. That is a huge range.
If the older people are more likely to be vaccinated, it would put a larger number of older people in the vaccinated rate and a larger number of young people in the unvaccinated rate.
Respectfully disagree. The MOST important take home message is that you don't have to differentiate between vax-related and no vax-related deaths (which automatically skews results). This is important because almost no deaths from blood clots, heart attacks, or strokes are being attributed to the vax on autopsy reports or death certificates (at least not in the US). So with inaccurate vax-injury reporting, this is the next best way to determine if there is a significant difference in total deaths between the two groups.
Let me put some numbers to it to have my argument make more sense. Imagine this graph was made in a country with 100% compliance rate for everyone eligible above the age of 12.
The "Unvaccinated 10-59" group would all be 10-11 year olds. The Vaccinated group would all be 12-59 year olds. Everyone expects a 10-11 year old to die less frequently than a 12-59 year old.
The graph fucking sucks. Promoting easily debunked reasons is detrimental towards our cause.
Why then were the vaccinated dying at a lower rate in March?
Only older people had been vaccinated in March. If the increased death rate for the vaccinated was age related, then why does the data show a lower vaccinated death rate when only older people had been vaccinated? If the higher death rate was age related, then the vaccinated death rate would be higher in March, due to the vaccinated group being made up of older people.
Younger people didn't start getting vaccinated in the UK until April/May. Surely if older age was the reason, then as more young people got vaccinated, the vaccinated death rate would come down. But it didn't. It went up. It went up precisely when younger people started getting vaccinated. As the clot shot became available to younger people, the vaccinated death rate increased.
Yeah not sure why you're downvoted. This age range is huge. In general aren't more adults vaccinated and less child are vaccinated. So the unvaccinated group is going to include way more young people and the vaccinated group is going to contain way more old people. This is probably accurate data but laid out in a deceiving way, that will just get "debunked"
That's why the graph starts from March. In March (when the vaccine was only available to older people), the vaccinated were actually dying at a slightly lower rate than the unvaccinated.
By mid-April, the two groups were dying at roughly the same rate, and by May (when the vaccine was available to people as young as 30) the vaccinated started dying at a much higher rate. So again, once younger people started receiving the vaccine, the death rate for the vaccinated shot up.
Younger people were transferring from the unvaccinated group to the vaccinated group, yet as more young people became vaccinated, the vaccinated death rate shot up.
Also, the 10-59 age range was provided by the UK government. That's the grouping they provide. The graph can only be created based on the age groups the UK government provide data for.

Agreed. They used this age range tomfoolery in the “study that disproved ivermectin” as well.
I’d want to see a better break down by age and by vaccination rate just for transparency’s sake.
