He did not carry the gun with him across the stateline.
His friend bought it in WI and kept it for safekeeping for until he turns 18.
His mum drove him to Kenosha and she corroborates that there was no gun in the car.
His house was literally one block across the stateline and 20 miles from the scene of shooting.
His dad lived in Kenosha and Kyle used to work in Kenosha and hence travelled regularly. He did not come "looking for trouble".
