Newer idea called Direct Care on sort of a subscription model is making a lot of sense to me.

Went with direct care starting this month. First appointment next week. Have to drive an hour to get there. Visited once and had a pleasant, unscheduled (and unmasked!) chat with a female P.A. She took a half hour out of her day to interact with us. Very refreshing.
