The US Navy ordered a safety stand-down for the entire submarine force on Wednesday in response to the results of an investigation into an incident last month in the South China Sea.

We are at war… the TV news just hasn’t told people.
Is the fleet actually on stand-down, or just advertising that notion? That’s a legit question, because I have no way of knowing the truth… but I don’t for a second blindly accept what is published in the news.
