Start with auditing how Pennsylvania mailed out 1.8 Million ballots, but got back 2.7 Million mail-in ballots.

If you can't audit the difference of 900,000 ballots between those mailed vs. received back... then your auditing abilities are lacking and won't uncover any other fraud.
