Email from employer: In order to comply with COVID-19 Executive Orders from the federal government, we are required to collect proof of vaccination from all employees. This information will be collected by HR and stored in a secure and confidential database.
Submitting proof of vaccination is easy. The following are government-approved forms of proof of vaccination:
A copy of your CDC COVID-19 vaccination record card
A record of immunization from a health care provider or pharmacy
A copy of medical records documenting the vaccination
A copy of immunization records from a public health
Yes, OSHA is blocked from implementing or enforcing their BS ETS, announced at the behest of the Biden EO.
This employer is using the ETS as cover, but it is null and void, so they are really doing this on their own. Without this perceived cover, they alone will be held responsible.
I also think the corporate officers can be found guilty under USC title 18 section 242, Color of law. The code provides penalties to any official who deprives a citizen of his rights through abuse of power (law). In general, the code applies to public officials, but when private officers act in tight coordination with the government, they too can be found guilty. The maximum penalty is life in prison or death.
