I have a proposal for a law.

Whoever posts bail for someone... should be responsible for any crimes that person commits while out on bail. Whatever he is charged with, they are an accessory to the crime.

As for the bail bond company... make them liable and a party to any class action lawsuits that result from any crimes committed after bonding the person out.

That should stop about 90% of this garbage.
