Red strains are best for pain. I get 2 red strains & mix 50:50. Mixing strains another way to boost effectivity. I don’t do extracts as I try to keep it natural. The best strain I’ve stuck with is Red Bentuangie. Before drying they ferment the leaves then dry. Only strain they do this way…I’ve turned a lot of pain sufferers on to it and can verify it’s best for pain. I mix with “Super Red” and both can be had at Kingdom Kratom outta San Antonio. Alex in Customer Service is a sweetheart gal. I’ll DM you a referral link 👍🏽
When I took it 3X/day I had cravings. Then I stopped cold turkey (more mental detox than anything) & stayed off for around 9 months. After starting again I vowed only once in AM & I don’t have any cravings for more during the day. The high quality, fresh leaf makes a difference from what most retailers sell. Did you know kratom is a close relative to the coffee plant? Besides caffeine coffee has some interesting compounds even in the health sphere. Footnote; before I went in military I was a Plant Sci major and it’s been a lifelong passion. 👍🏽
I checked the site out and I like what I see. Primary, I only avoided red because it made me sleepy at work but the customer reviews on that site suggest that this specific strain doesn't do that.
Yes, I did know about the relation to coffee and it seems like your major is more than rewarding. I have extensive knowledge of cannabis and other therapeutic/edible plants and shrubs but that's about it. I should have done far more research into Kratom but you've inspired and educated me.
Under what branch of the military did you serve, if I may ask?
