Considering the stories of how good old Stan fucked over his contemporaries to rise to prominence at Marvel, and what he did to the company after that, I'd consider burning that picture. Well, maybe putting it face down in a drawer until this is over and by a slim chance he turns out to be a deeeeep White Hat. My suspicion is he's rotting in Hell, but I guess we'll see.
