Methinks Operation Mockingbird is public programming while MK-Ultra is individual programming/triggering.

MK-Ultra was shut down many decades ago. Then new programs emerged to carry on the research.

Most of the research went into public brain washing. None of the names really matter. By the time we are aware of a program name, it's already been renamed/moved/covered up.
