Let’s be logistically honest. Over the past decade in Houston I have seen the baracades due to “ omgwtf turrisn” go away. Feels like they wanted people to get a glimpse of normalcy before trying to kick off Helter Skelter ( the race riots they have wanted forever and mind melted into people like Charles Manson via MKULTRA )

Totally possible this dude was like “screw it I got nothing to loose. I’m down.”
