Isnt Dennis Montgomery the hammer whistleblower who turned over reams of evidence that the FBI subsequently memory holed and then persecuted Montgomery? Doesnt he claim to have created the program? And didnt he work with Bill Binney at NSA?
Got some brain fog this am and dont have time to look as Im out the door in a minute. Im pretty sure Sundance wrote about him in 2017 2018 time period. Maybe even earlier. It was before the time I began saving everything to external harddrive.
