Did Dave mention that EO that DJT signed in September 2019....?

That for me is the key to trying to understand where DJT is coming from..... I also would like to know what relationships the DJT administration had with Anser and others and how they were allowed to step in and take over the Covid Plandemic...?

I believe understanding the Why? In respect of that EO and what it gave is key....
