Yes but we already failed in the courts? Trump did, so have others.
Read Patriot Patel. He thinks that Lindell has some of the State AGs onboard, which would give his case standing (the others were all dismissed for lack of standing). If it has standing and is dismissed, then all 3 branches have fallen and we have a constitutional crisis a brewin'.
The state AGs are the ones who were already dismissed by SCOTUS for not having standing, which they obviously do. Why would this be different?
I might be recalling incorrectly but those cases were akin to just saying “everyone saw fraud”. Those might also have been designed to fail. But they did bring attention to the concept that it was a fraudulent election. Slow drip long game. Maybe.
The cases were based on the unconstitutional actions taken by state AGs and local election officials pre-election.
This whole “designed to fail” shit sounds desperate and delusional. If it fails, I’m hoping there’s a plan b, c, etc but to act like they want to lose cases that would rectify the situation in the first place is really grasping.
