Work just required me to submit my vax status. If I don’t I will be considered unvaccinated and have to submit to regular testing. Any advice? I need to feed my family. Will religious exemptions still require me to do regular testing?

Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and of course the First Amendment are your grounds to stand on.
The company has no authority to ask your medical status. There is no mandate and even if their was, mandates are not laws.
If they try to use their right as a company to " do whatever they want" throw 18 USC 242 Deprivation of Rights under Color of Law at them.
