That`s in my hometown. The last sentence reads that vaccinate people are not allowed to hand food and beverages to the unvaccinated. Hannover is situated in Lower Saxony, the Australia of Germany under socialist rule.

But don`t be afraid! Zurzeit wird gerade der Impf-Volkssturm eingezogen. It´s the last phase of the war (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Volkssturm).

The german political hardliners are in panic. The Propaganda can`t go any further and on 12/21 the european EUA for Biontech expires.
