There were quite a few incidents like this before the Christmas parade. I would naturally assume this is a reference to those, not to a future event. I don't think the deep state is cutting South Park trailers and even if they were, I don't see what the point of this would be.

That's the opposite of reality. South Park has been used to coordinate tons of ops and send comms. That's literally what it's for.
