What I find more interesting is in the trailer the kids are playing a game and cartman gives Kyle AIDS. The episode is called Post Covid so after people have gotten the vax. What have doctors discovered in relation to individuals getting the vax? They are getting AIDS.

Could be nothing but I found it interesting that it was put in a trailer for an episode called post covid.
