I have COVID right now. No ivermectin available here. I’ve been dosing zinc, vit-c, vit-d and quercetin for the last few months (Zelenko protocol)
I double my dose and take it twice a day since getting the Shanghai shivers.
So far only very mild symptoms.
It’s criminal that ivermectin is not more widely available.
Use an antihistamine; like you'd use for a pollen allergy. Follow dosage as per standard allergy. Available in pharmacy, but don't tell then what you're using it for!!!

Also, any cold and flu medicine will help too.
