WHY SHOULD PEOPLE WHO NEVER OWNED SLAVES APOLOGIZE OR PAY REPARATIONS TO PEOPLE WHO HAVE NEVER BEEN SLAVES??!!

American History: 3,776 Free Black Men owned 12,907 slaves. And some of the slaves were white.
