I doubt it's Prozac. This seems to be a permanent, possibly inborn condition. A girl I knew in high school had eyes like that. I never liked her because she was kind of evil.

have you read the parable of the wheat and tares, about the enemy planting his seed in God's kingdom...the bad seed are 'empty' and not humble before God. I think we're seeing this play out in real life, it's the harvest so a lot of these people aren't right.
