Anyone else seeing this pattern of countries shutting down?

State of emergency’s, new strains. Just wanted to get some eyes on this. Slovakia. Czech Republic. South Africa requesting help from WHO. Portugal. Others too I’m sure. Ramping it up a notch right before Christmas.
