Throwing this at the bottom too for new filter.

Not sure if anyone else notices this but a common tactic on Reddit to suppress information is “forum sliding” where people have a full blown discussion about something not relevant to the thread they’re commenting on and it gets put on a top voted thread. They do this to make relevant discussion harder to get to because not everyone scrolls through the entire post.

This thread looks just like that. Take that for what you will.
