So....MI learned in real time that Biden/DS did a fraudulent election. Would the MI just 'sit' on this info n do nothing? Wouldn't the MI be under OBLIGATION/LAW per CONSTITUTION n oath to act ASAP?? They had the proof after all. Our military has a constitutional requirement to make the defense of our homeland their FIRST priority

Did MI arrest biden then? Why would they NOT?

Since knowledge of this would shock the world n cause serious unrest, probly civil war, the ppl needed to be awaken 1st before being told.

I've wondered, what exactly are "pcaps"? I have a good technical understanding of internet technology and I don't know how it could be helpful.

For example you can collect packet traces which are dumping the wire contents of each packet, from a place where you are monitoring the network. But assuming SSL is used, all you can learn is what addresses established connections to other addresses, when, and how much data was transferred. There's no way to decrypt then post facto. Basically it's limited to traffic analysis.
