I'm just going to guess that real natural immunity is about 100% effective. I got covid exactly 1 year ago and since then I've never caught the original strain, the delta, or whatever new variant they've come up with. I've not even gotten normal colds anymore either. Surviving covid was the best immunity boost possible.
