Would somebody in the know please explain to a non-stock market oriented person the significance of this? Again, I know nothing, but it seems very strange to me. Is it not? Is it even legal? How can the SE just say, "Meh .. .today we're going to skip trading on this stock - as though it doesn't exist." ' Scratching head. ' I don't get it. What are the ramifictions? Thanks.
