A step in the right direction.
A federal district judge (this is the lowest court level, and it will be appealed) has issued an injuction (a halt) to FJB's vaccine mandate related to Medicare and Medicade, and heatlh care workers and contractors.
It applies to Missouri, Nebraska, Arkansas, Kansas, Iowa, Wyoming, Alaska, South Dakota, North Dakota, and New Hampshire (because these are the only states with AG's who had the balls to file a lawsuit to stop it).

CMS lacks evidence showing that vaccination status has a direct impact on spreading COVID in the mandate’s covered healthcare facilities.
BOOM!
This is the heart of the matter. The whole thing is based on lies and fraud, and the judge agrees.
In general, the overwhelming lack of evidence likely shows CMS had insufficient evidence to mandate vaccination on the wide range of facilities that it did.
BOOM, again!
As I have been saying, THIS is the issue. It is ALL based on fraud. THAT is the legal issue that should be used to refuse.
Side bar: CMS only mandated vaccines for facility-based workers, meaning that home health care workers do not have to be jabbed. I wonder why they made that decision?
Because the PCAS and home health aides are basically people who get the job for a few months after they got fired at Target. Very troubled, they make below minimum wage because they take the bus for a two hour gig, take the bus for an hour or two and don’t get paid for it. Most have quit, it’s just a job if you need your phone bill paid quick and can’t find a babysitter you get this job for six weeks then quit. It’s like 6 dollars an hour after all said and done, unpaid travel time. Average reimbursement is 16.75, company must pay them-10.50, pay support staff-3, and pull in a whopping 3 dollar profit. On two hours a day 3 times a week. That’s 18 dollar profit!
Oh, they are so irresponsible and don’t care, they’ll just shoplift or something to pay the phone bill. Not gonna get a vaccine to keep the job.
