Federal workers and Federal contractors are STILL mandated to get the death VAX. I wish people would stop spreading false rumors that all of Xidens mandates have been halted.
My company finally pulled the trigger on this, but weirdly didn't even ask us execs if we were vaxxed, just the managers and below. I didn't even have to come up with anything, they just assumed I was vaxxed because I'm a leader at the company. I'm not going to argue, but it's weird.
We instantly lost about 25 people out of 3500 total. There's another two weeks before anyone has to make a hard choice. HR was assuming we'll lose 10% or 350 folks, but it doesn't seem that way, they already started interviewing new guys to replace them. I feel like it's a heartless move, but we get about 100 applications a week looking for work so 350 replacements wouldn't be too hard.
I had three guys come to me and ask to be moved to contract status so they could avoid the mandate, I signed them up immediately. In our company wide email we hinted at that as an option but didn't outright say that.

scope of the CMS Mandate, a nationwide injunction is necessary due to the need for uniformity.

fourteen Plaintiff States, there are unvaccinated healthcare workers in other states who also need

Just to be clear: The federal contractor mandate that was blocked is for LA, TN and OH. The nationwide mandate in this post is referring to healthcare workers.
