2008 about to repeat but worse. Stock up on food for potential unrest, avoid debt, inflation getting bad. Some people stocking up on precious metals like gold, silver, and lead in case it gets really bad.
I think the wall street collapse is part of a major Build Back Better plan, this isn't accidental. I hope its stopped but the offending hedge funds are going down.
I also hunt, fish, farm and have water on a large piece of land. But for those without that I get 1 to 3 years of food stores. Buy bulk rice, beans, lentils, split peas and any other kind of dry food that keeps for a long time. I'd also stock up on canned chicken/beef/pork stock to cook above mentions food stuffs with to make meal tasty. If you got guns, stock up on ammo.
Standard is 3 -6 months of food essentials. Think simple. Rice, beans, spices, pasta, canned goods 2 months of water if possible. 1 gallon per person per day. Think eight big water bottle packs per person. Stores well in the garage or basement.
That's up to you. I hunt already and have my own water and farm so my choice us none more than usual.
