The answer is both clear and obvious. The fetus is NOT any part of the mother's body. It is genetically individual. Preference does not justify murder. If it did, there would be no rational objection to infanticide.

A DNA test can establish that the mother is the mother, but it cannot establish that the fetus is the mother. Quite the opposite.
