Seems clear cut but Im holding out hope that theres more to the story. I cant imagine anything but Ive seen too many things lately that are cropped just right to hide the real story. This looks like an occasion where even if the guy is armed, he’s still not dangerous.
That's the important thing here - I made sure NOT to crop out the important part of the story:
That he did indeed have a knife, he pulled it on loss prevention staff, and he was not complying.
The cop responsible for the shooting has also been terminated from the force, his actions went against policy.
You can trust the House.
That's why I posted the Garner landmark decision, it applies to him even though he had the knife.
