I still don't even think this shit is real at all. I only know one person that claims to have had it, but they didn't go get tested for it (as if that works anyway) or anything.
I've just been baffled since this began. I swear I'm the only person in the world that isn't concerned about this.
I did go out and get some vitamins after seeing a video on here about the importance of Vitamin D and how sunlight doesn't actually give it to you in many parts of the world/times of the year. I figure that's probably a good idea anyway since apparently that's the key to not being sick, generally.
Anyway, I haven't been careful. I'm fine. Much like every other nonsense pandemic we're supposed to be afraid of.
Worst thing that happened to me was getting a Type A flu, but it wasn't during a "the sky is falling!!!" epidemic period.
My parents, who get the flu shot every year also got a Type A flu, unrelated to mine. So, no flu shots for me... flu one time. Flu shots every year for them... flu one time.
Yes, I'm sure the corona virus is a real engineered weapon. I have experience of it, it wrecked my lungs for 6 months. However, a good proportion of people hardly notice it or are naturally immune so it's easy to come to the conclusion that nothing happened at all. It's a very sensible starting point, just not correct IMO.
The 'rona has a very low fatality rate.
The vax the lockdowns and the great reset are the actual weapons.
I am totally with you on this. My supplement taking is now well researched and on point.
Vitamin D is a must, although a couple years ago when I was dosing Vit D my annual routine blood test came back and my sheeple doctor said I was taking too much. He was actually alarmed by it.
I also think Zinc plus an ionophore is crucial for "COVID" prophylaxis. I use Quercitin as my daily ionophore but have some IVM just in case someone in my house gets the vid.
Mostly what I have found helpful by this effort, is adding iodine + selenium. I have really never felt better. Bought a book on the subject and it is amazing how much iodine does for us and how deficient most people are in it. Search for those posts here and it will take you down a good rabbit hole.
This whole thing sucks but the positive I am taking out of it is finding this community, and all of the knowledge I have gained from my frens.

Wow, those vaccines are awesome.
