Lindell's legal and analytic teams never allowed outside access to any of the cyber security experts invited to "examine" and validate the PCAP metadata at the symposium and has never allowed outside access to date.

is going to be turned over to the Dept of Homeland Security, in this instance the agency with responsibility for election integrity, and that the PCAP data is not/not part of the Bill of Complaint Lindell's attorneys have presented to State A.G.s for signature and filing with the Supreme Court.
Lindell and his organization used the PCAP data to bird dog where to conduct and concentrate resources to gather evidence and to pressure compromised or corrupt (or both in many instances) officials and provide a venue to encourage innocent witnesses to the voter fraud, vote traffiking, election hacking and rigging that occurred in all 50 states and territories of the U.S., to come forward. Now that they are done with the PCAP data, under CISA instructions, it goes to the Department of Homeland Security.
It has been interesting watching Bannon, Lindell and Dr. Shiva play musical chairs around this issue. Personally, I think it was just all part of the movie.
